Interested in Serving as a Mentor?
We are looking for seasoned HR executives to serve as mentors to our Next Gen Talent cohort participants. Mentors should meet the following criteria:
10+ years of progressive HR experience
Director level +
Mentors are asked to meet with their mentees at least once per quarter. Many mentors meet with their mentees once a month. You and your mentee can decide which frequency works best for you. Meetings can be either virtual or in person. Mentors act as an advisor and coach to their mentee. They provide resources and recommendations to assist mentees with personal development and growth, such as recommending books, workshops or other tools and resources. They encourage their mentees to join networking organizations and introduce them to new contacts. And finally, mentors provide tough feedback that the mentee needs to hear to be able to move forward.
